Register Your Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or any secure mailing bag.
Ship to Berlin
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods at our Berlin studio, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
